[Notice] 2025 Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Scholarship (Short-Term Student)

Scholarship Information:

1. Application Period: From now until June 13, 2025 (Friday).
2. Number of Recipients: 20.
3. Eligibility:
   1. Under the age of 35 (born after April 2, 1990); must be a currently enrolled student in a formal academic program (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral) at a university in Taiwan from September 1, 2025, through the end of the scholarship period. The exchange period must not exceed the regular study duration (students who have extended their studies are not eligible).
   2. Students majoring in the humanities or social sciences who are currently conducting Japan-related research projects or collaborating with Japanese universities or research institutions.
   3. Applicants who are currently conducting research with Japanese institutions and intend to apply their exchange experience to academic research or teaching in Taiwan after completing the short-term exchange program.
4. Scholarship Duration and Details: The scholarship starts from the day of enrollment in Japan and can be granted for up to one year. It is available until September 2026. A monthly stipend of 80,000 JPY will be provided.
