Introduction

The Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs (OICA) of NCUE consists of two divisions: International Affairs and Cross-strait Affairs. The former is responsible for forging alliances with foreign schools and the latter is for handling the interaction between NCUE and the schools in Mainland China.

OICA also plays a key role that integrates administration and academic resources into the development of NCUE as an international destination for learning so as to incorporate the idea of globalization into students' lives. We hope that all of our students and teachers become "Citizens of the World" while building a strong global foundation for NCUE in return.
