"2025 World Masters Games in Taipei and New Taipei City" Volunteer Recruitment
The Games are jointly hosted by the Taipei City and New Taipei City governments, providing athletes of various disciplines the opportunity to participate in an international multi-sport event and to establish international friendships. The Games will be held from May 17 to 30, 2025, bringing together sports enthusiasts from around the world, with approximately 40,000 domestic and international athletes participating. Information regarding volunteer recruitment is as follows:
(1) Registration Period: From February to December this year.
(2) Registration Methods:

Individual Volunteers: Register by signing up on the Taipei Volunteer Management Integration Platform (https://newcv101.gov.taipei/).

Group Volunteers: For groups mobilizing 30 or more volunteers, the group representative should compile the volunteer list and import it as a whole into the volunteer platform. You may consult the Volunteer Service Center (Phone: 02-25772025) for assistance.
(3) Types of Volunteers:

Administrative Volunteers: Assist with administrative affairs at non-competition venues, provide information, guide participants, etc.

Language Volunteers: Provide foreign language services such as assisting international athletes with inquiries at various venues. Proficiency in English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, or Southeast Asian languages is required.

Venue Volunteers: Assist at competition venues with services including event-related inquiries, athlete guidance, venue control, catering, and medical services.
(4) Registration Qualifications:

Must comply with Taiwan's laws and regulations.

Must be students or members of the public aged 16 or above at the time of registration (minors must have a guardian's consent form).

Must have a passion for service, be willing to accept assigned tasks, and fulfill duties.

Must be able to participate in various training courses arranged by the "2025 Taipei-New Taipei City World Masters Games" Executive Committee, completing at least 6 hours of basic training and 3 hours of specialized training for the event.

Must be able to manage their own transportation, meals, and accommodation during training and the event period.

Prior volunteer experience or the ability to provide professional skills (such as foreign languages) is preferred.

Ability to commit to at least 5 or more service shifts is preferred.
