The formal TOCFL will be administered on March 15-16 (Sat & Sun). Non-native speakers of Chinese are welcomed to participate the test. The test seats are limited, don’t miss the chance!

Registration Information

1. Registration Period：February 3, 2025（Mon.）~ February 18,2025（Tue.）
2. Extended Registration Period：9:30am on February 19, 2025（Wen.）~ 3:00pm on February 21, 2025（Fri.）. Only credit card payments will be accepted, no discounts will be available, and an additional NT$300 processing fee will be charged.
3. Payment Deadline: Please complete the payment within three days of registration (including the day of registration). Late payments will require re-registration.

Discount Offers

1. Test-takers who register for the Listening & Reading, Speaking, and Writing tests in a single order will receive a 20% discount.
2. Test-takers enrolled in institutions that have signed a strategic alliance with SCTOP will receive a 10% discount.
3. Degree students from departments that use TOCFL as an admission or graduation requirement will receive a 20% discount.
4. Only one of the above discounts can be applied per order. To obtain a registration fee discount, please consult your school or institution.

Important Notes

1. Test-takers are required to upload a headshot on the “Personal Information” page. The registration will not be processed until the headshot is verified and approved (usually within two working days). The headshot, once verified and approved, cannot be replaced. 
2. It is strictly forbidden to bring any metal or electronic devices, including mobile phones, watches, coins, jewelry, etc.
3. Photocopies, student IDs, health insurance cards, driver's licenses, and other alternatives will not be accepted.
4. Any discrepancy between the registration information and that on the test-taker’s passport or ARC, will result in revocation of test registration.
5. For other test rules, please refer to the TOCFL Test Regulations.
6. If the registration information differs from the details on test-takers’ passport or ARC, please email to data@sc-top.org.tw within 4 days after the registration deadline. Please see Modification of Personal Information.
