【Overseas Camp】100-Euro Discount on Registration Before Apr. 13 for "CZECH IT OUT" Summer Camp (July 5-Aug. 5) Hosted by Hradec Králové Univ., Czech Republic

The application for the Summer School Czech IT Out 2025 hosted by the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Králové are open.

    • Please visit the University of Hradec Králové's registration website for detailed information on program fees and application deadlines.
  • Important Notes:
    • The International Office is sharing this information for your awareness. The University of Hradec Králové does not provide slots for our university's accompanying team leaders. Students are responsible for carefully assessing their own circumstances before deciding to participate.
    • Students are required to independently manage all email communications with the host university, including inquiries about program activities, registration, accommodation, payment transfers, flight arrangements, and international travel documents.
    • Those who confirm their participation in this activity, please complete the overseas camp activity letter of commitment (Attachment 1) and the student health self-report form (Attachment 2).
    • And at the same time fill out  international office google form, which is beneficial to our school's follow-up statistical reference.

Full payment deadline:
Tuition-fee: 650 EUR
Accommodation: 420 EUR 
Accompanying program: 200 EUR
 

Early Bird payment deadline:
April 13, 2025 - discount of 100 EUR for students who apply and pay before April 13th 2025, 23:59 Central European Time (discount applies only to tuition fees)
