1. Application Deadline: Before 2025/10/13 (the deadline is based on the delivery date, not the postmark).
2. Required Documents: Application form, personal statement, and transcripts from the last two academic years (new students are exempt).
3. Submission Method: All documents must be sent by registered mail (email submissions are not accepted).
4. Application Form: Must be typed on a computer to avoid illegible handwriting, which may lead to difficulties in contact.
5. Complete Submission: All materials must be submitted together; separate submissions or additional documents will not be accepted.
6. Document Binding: Please do not staple application materials, as copies will need to be made for different committee members.
7. Interviews: Applicants who pass the document review will be notified individually for interviews; those who do not pass will not be notified.
8. Non-Exclusivity: This scholarship does not have exclusivity; applicants may apply for scholarships from other organizations simultaneously.
