International students, limited Mandarin Proficiency, to be experts having knowledge in the related technical areas

♦ Program Requirements :

First year taking intensive Chinese-language courses, students are to obtain a Chinese-language proficiency certificate at TOCFL Level 2 within one year. Once students have met the TOCFL Level 2 language requirements, they will officially enroll as Year 1 students. Before the end of Year 1, students are to obtain a Chinese-proficiency certificate at TOCFL Level 3."
