  • 名額4名。

*以本校品學兼優、英文程度優異(可提供語言檢定證明)、有華語教學之經驗或 擔任華語小老師、曾支援本校及本處國際交流活動者優先,所有報名同學將由國際處甄選。

*說明:國際處謹代為轉發訊息,並協助甄選薦送學生。該校未提供本校派遣領隊老師名額,請同學審慎評估自身狀況是否報名參與,其中簽證辦理、購買機票、海外醫療保險等必須由學生自行處理。

*甄選完畢,確定人選後,將會把參與學生及他信大學主辦活動的師長建立LINE聯繫群, 方便雙方互相及時聯繫 及問題解答。

  • 本次活動目的 
    1. 另外於開幕式與泰國他信大學學生交流時需準備簡短學校介紹、彰化介紹 PPT
  • 報名截止 2026年1月14(三)下午3  (須完成線上報名系統報名及提交報名表
  • 語言全程使用英文,活動結束核發研習時數證明
  • 費用該校提供免費住宿、早/午/晚餐(偶爾需自理)、及抵達當地交通接送往返免費。但不包含從台灣往返泰國的交通費。
    學生必須自行安排並支付來回機票費、簽證、保險、生活費等相關費用。
  • 活動內容中譯供參 (以英文原文為主)

2. 並繳交「報名表」(附件1)學生健康自述表(附件2)中文歷年成績單英文語言檢定證明(若有)  Emailoutgoing@gm.ncue.edu.tw

3. 國際處將會在收件截止後擇一日中午進行面試。 

  • 其他應注意事項:
    1. 學生出國前須填具「短期營隊學生切結書」
    2. 辦理役男緩徵
    3. 參加者務必自行投保海外意外及醫療保險,保額及項目內容自行斟酌即可。
    4. 繳交心得報告:
      a. 活動結束後兩週(14)天內,需繳交1000字研習心得分享(簡報PDF或Word檔案皆可)格式自行設計,並至少附6張圖片於本文內(照片附說明,簡報PDF或Word檔案皆可)。
      b. 內容含:活動名稱、日期、報名動機、內容摘要、自購機票費用、入境須知、活動特色印象最深刻、最有意義的經驗、條列具體效益、收穫心得、感想、給下一次參加者建議等。
      c. 存成WordPDF檔案,檔名及email主旨設為心得-2026他信大學冬季營-系所年級-姓名, Email至 outgoing@gm.ncue.edu.tw

[Overseas Camp] Announcement – Partner University : Thaksin University (TSU), Thailand 2026/2/1–2/5 International Students Winter Camp
Now Open for Application (Deadline: January 14, 2026)

Program Dates: February 1–5, 2026 (Sunday–Thursday)
Host Institution: Sister University – Thaksin University (TSU), Thailand
Quota: 4 students

Selection Priority:
Priority will be given to students with excellent academic performance and conduct, strong English proficiency (language test certificates required), experience in Chinese language teaching or serving as a Chinese language teaching assistant, or prior participation in/support of international exchange activities organized by the university or the Office of International Affairs.
All applicants will be selected by the Office of International Affairs.

Notes:

  • The Office of International Affairs is forwarding this information and will assist with the selection and nomination process.

  • Thaksin University does not provide a quota for a faculty leader from our university. Students are advised to carefully assess their personal circumstances before applying.

  • Students are responsible for handling their own visa application, airfare purchase, overseas medical insurance, and other related arrangements.

After Selection:
Once the selected participants are confirmed, a LINE communication group will be set up including the participating students and the faculty members from Thaksin University who are organizing the program, to facilitate timely communication and Q&A.

Program Requirements / Purpose:

  • During the opening ceremony and student exchange sessions with Thaksin University students, participants are required to prepare a short PowerPoint presentation introducing their home university and Changhua.

Application Deadline:
January 14, 2026 (Wednesday) at 15:00 p.m.
(Applicants must complete the online application system and submit the required application form.)

Language:
All activities will be conducted in English. A certificate of participation (training hours) will be issued upon completion of the program.

Fees:

  • Thaksin University will provide free accommodation, breakfast/lunch/dinner (occasional meals may be at students’ own expense), and free local transportation upon arrival (round-trip transfers).

  • International airfare between Taiwan and Thailand is not included.

Expenses to Be Covered by Students:
Round-trip airfare, visa fees, insurance, personal living expenses, and other related costs.

Application Procedure

  1. Register through the university’s online application system.
    Please search for the keyword “Thaksin University.”

  2. Submit the following documents by email to outgoing@gm.ncue.edu.tw:

    • Application Form (Attachment 1)

    • Student Health Declaration Form (Attachment 2)

    • Official academic transcript in Chinese

    • Proof of English language proficiency (if available)

  3. The Office of International Affairs will conduct an interview at noon on a designated date after the application deadline.

Other Important Notes

  • Before departure, students are required to complete and submit the Short-Term Program Student Declaration Form.

  • Male students subject to military service must apply for deferment of military service.

  • Participants must purchase their own overseas accident and medical insurance. The coverage amount and items may be determined at the student’s discretion.

Submission of Reflection Report

  • Within two (2) weeks (14 days) after the program ends, participants must submit a 1,000-word reflection report.
    The report may be in PowerPoint (PDF) or Word format, and the layout may be designed freely.

  • The report must include at least six (6) photos embedded in the document, with captions.

  • The content should include, but is not limited to:

    • Program title and dates

    • Motivation for application

    • Program overview

    • Self-purchased airfare expenses

    • Entry requirements

    • Most impressive program features

    • Most meaningful experiences

    • Specific benefits (listed in bullet points)

    • Learning outcomes and reflections

    • Suggestions for future participants

  • Save the file in Word or PDF format.
    The file name and email subject line should be formatted as:
    Reflection–2026 Thaksin University Winter Program–Department–Year–Name
