*以本校品學兼優、英文程度優異(可提供語言檢定證明)、有華語教學之經驗或 擔任華語小老師、曾支援本校及本處國際交流活動者優先,所有報名同學將由國際處甄選。
*說明:國際處謹代為轉發訊息,並協助甄選薦送學生。該校未提供本校派遣領隊老師名額,請同學審慎評估自身狀況是否報名參與,其中簽證辦理、購買機票、海外醫療保險等必須由學生自行處理。
*甄選完畢,確定人選後,將會把參與學生及他信大學主辦活動的師長建立LINE聯繫群, 方便雙方互相及時聯繫 及問題解答。
- 本次活動目的:

- 學生將被安排在宋卡王子大學附屬國中(Suratthani Wittayanusorn: http://www.psuwitsurat.ac.th/ )進行基礎中文會話,以及簡單的中華文化介紹與體驗活動,例如剪紙、書法等。教學之教材、內容及方式皆由參加的學生討論決定主題並進行教材準備(若有需要準備的耗材或工具,泰國姊妹校老師可以協助準備)
- 另外於開幕式與泰國他信大學學生交流時需準備簡短學校介紹、彰化介紹 PPT

- 費用:該校提供免費住宿、早餐、及當地交通往返費都是免費的。但不包含從台灣往返泰國的交通費。學生必須自行安排並支付交通費用及簽證、保險等相關費用。

- 活動結束後兩週(14)天內,需繳交1000字研習心得分享,(簡報pdf或Word檔案皆可)格式自行設計,並至少附6張圖片於本文內(照片附說明,簡報pdf或Word檔案皆可)。
- 內容含:活動名稱、日期、報名動機、內容摘要、自購機票費用、轉機安排、入境須知、活動特色印象最深刻、最有意義的經驗、條列具體效益、收穫心得、感想、給下一次參加者建議…等。

[Overseas Camp] Information Session - Thaksin University (TSU) Thailand 2025/AUG. 1st - 4th International Students Volunteers Camp Summer Camp, Registration Open! Application Deadline: Wednesday, May 28, 2025
I. Event Dates: August 1 - August 4, 2025 (Friday - Monday)
II. Organizer: Sister School, Thaksin University (Thailand)
III. Quota: 4 students.
*Priority will be given to students with excellent academic performance and conduct, outstanding English proficiency (language proficiency certificate preferred), experience in teaching Chinese or serving as a Chinese language buddy, and those who have supported international exchange activities of our university and office. All applicants will be selected by the Office of International Affairs.
*Note: The Office of International Affairs is forwarding this information and assisting with student nomination. TSU does not provide slots for our university's supervising teachers. Students should carefully evaluate their own circumstances before applying. Visa application, flight ticket purchase, overseas medical insurance, etc., must be handled by the students themselves.
*After the selection process, a LINE contact group will be established for the selected students and faculty members from Thaksin University organizing the event to facilitate timely communication and address any questions.
IV. Objectives:
Students will be arranged to conduct basic Chinese conversation classes and introduce simple Chinese culture and experiential activities, such as paper-cutting and calligraphy, at Suratthani Wittayanusorn School (a junior high school affiliated with Prince of Songkla University). The teaching materials, content, and methods will be decided upon and prepared by the participating students through discussion.
Additionally, a brief introduction of our university and Changhua (in PPT format) needs to be prepared for the opening ceremony and exchange with Thaksin University students. (The organizer, Thaksin University, has indicated that they will also invite 4 students from a sister university in Malaysia to participate in this event.)
V. Application Deadline: 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 (Online registration and submission of the application form are required).
VI. Language: English will be used throughout the event. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion.

VIII. Costs: The host university provides free accommodation, breakfast, and local transportation to and from activity venues. However, it does not cover transportation costs between Taiwan and Thailand. Students must arrange and pay for their own transportation, visa fees, insurance, and other related expenses.
IX. Application:
- Register online through our university's online registration system. Search for the keyword "TSU"
- Submit the "Application Form" (Attachment 3), "Student Health Self-Declaration Form" (Attachment 4), Chinese academic transcript for all years, and English language proficiency certificate (if applicable) via email to incoming@gm.ncue.edu.tw.
- The Office of International Affairs will conduct interviews on a selected date at noon after the application deadline.
X. Other Important Notes:
- Students must complete the "Short-Term Camp Student Pledge" before departure.
- Participants must purchase their own overseas accident and medical insurance. The coverage and items are at the student's discretion.
- Submission of Report: (1) Within two weeks (14 days) after the event, a reflection report of 1000 words is required (PowerPoint PDF or Word file is acceptable). The format is open, but at least 6 photos with captions must be included in the text (PowerPoint PDF or Word file is acceptable). (2) Content should include: Event name, dates, motivation for application, summary of activities, personal flight ticket cost, transit arrangements, entry requirements, most impressive and meaningful experiences, specific benefits gained, reflections, suggestions for future participants, etc. (3) Save the file as a Word or PDF document. The file name and email subject should be: Report - 2025 Thaksin University Winter Camp - Department and Year - Your Name. Email to incoming@gm.ncue.edu.tw.
