1.      申請截止日期：2025/10/13以前（不是以郵戳為憑，而是送達時間）

2.      必要文件：申請表格、自傳、最近二學年成績單（新生可免）

3.      送件方式：一律掛號郵寄紙本（不可以e-mail代替）

4.      申請表格一律要求以電腦打字，以免字跡潦草不易判讀導致無法聯繫。

5.      送件時資料必須備齊，不接受分開寄送及補件。

6.      所有申請資料因為需要影印給不同委員評審，請勿以釘書針裝訂。

7.      書面審查通過之申請人會個別通知面談，未通過者不再另行通知。

8.      本社獎助金沒有排他性，申請人可同時請領其他單位的獎助金。

8. Non-Exclusivity: This scholarship does not have exclusivity; applicants may apply for scholarships from other organizations simultaneously.
