西波西米亞大學 (捷克語：Západočeská univerzita v Plzni, ZČU)是位於捷克共和國皮爾森州首府皮爾森的一所公立大學，成立於1991年，擁有9個學院。包括應用科學院、經濟學院、電機工程學院、文哲學院、教育學院、法學院、機械工程學院、與藝術設計所。

Dear   students,

The deadline for sending me the Application form and filling the online registration is 1st November 2022 !!!
As you will have to apply for long term visa, please send me a copy of your passport as well. Do not wait till the last day, do it as soon as possible, please.

PLEASE let me know as soon as possible which of our 9 faculties you would like to belong to, it will be your "home faculty" and you must select around 80% of courses from that faculty.

ACCOMMODATION: please let me know before the deadline 1st November, which type of accommodation you choose:

- UWB dormitory (details enclosed, you will have to pay the reservation fee 5 500,-CZK to have the reservation approved - more info in November)

- private (arrangement is up to the student)

At our university there is a student organisation – Buddy system UWB. Each of you can get 1 Buddy (a Czech student) who will contact you by email before your arrival (during January) and who will accompany you to the dormitory, the International Office and other places after your arrival in Pilsen. You will receive more instructions how to apply for a Buddy in December.

It is highly recommended for all incoming students to take part in the planned Orientation week (6.2.2023 – 10.2.2023), that is organised by Buddy System UWB with the cooperation of the International Office.

The arrival of exchange students is recommended around 5th February 2023. The lectures will start on Monday 13th February 2023.
