【出國交換】115學年(2026秋季、2027春季) 赴國外非大陸交換生甄選簡章暨學海補助申請，1/14報名截止，歡迎本校學生報名 [Overseas Exchange] Announcement of 115th Academic Year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) Exchange Student Selection and Financial Assistance Grant Application (excluding Mainland China). Application deadline: January 14. Students of our university are welcome to apply.

一、甄選115學年(2026秋季、2027春季)赴非大陸出國交換暨學海補助申請

*詳閱附件"甄選簡章、學海飛颺、學海惜珠補助辦法"及所有附件相關規定後，再提出申請。

二、出國期間：115學年第1學期、第2學期 (國外2026-秋/冬季、2027春/夏季班)

三、報名收件截止日: 2026年1月14日(三)下午3:00截止

*國外姊妹校申請條件及名額僅為參考，各姊妹校之名額、語言能力要求及在校成績等若有新規定，一律依姊妹校最新公告辦理。

四、申請資料：

  1. 甄選申請表 (表單1 如附件，以電腦打字後列印紙本，送家長、導師、系所主管等各單位簽名核章，接受電子簽名)
  2. 中文歷年成績單：含歷年學業總成績、全班人數及班排名，正、影本各1份，正本驗後歸還
  3. 英文歷年成績單：含GPA成績(以原始分數呈現)，正、影本各1份，正本驗後歸還
  4. 外語檢定證明 :2年內有效，正、影本各1份，正本驗後歸還，不採認多益校園考成績，IELTS雅思採學術組成績
  5. 英文在學證明
  6. 家長同意書 (表單2 如附件)
  7. 出國研習計畫 (含簡歷、自傳，中文、外文各1,000字以上，格式自訂)
  8. 健康自述表 (表單3 如附件)
  9. 有利審查資料
    (1)本校教師英文推薦信 (格式自訂，請先以第一志願交換校撰寫)
    (2)修習全英課程 (附課程大綱)
    (3)    具有具體獲獎事蹟或參與國際性競賽獲獎證明文件

*若為師培公費生須先詢問師培中心實習組相關流程。

 ※繳件方式：（恕不收缺件）

  1. 申請表及所有附件正本之PDF檔（申請表業經家長、導師、系所、院主管核章(原章或電子簽章)放首頁，依申請資料1-9項，依順序排列編頁碼，掃成1個pdf檔。 
  2. 繳交電子檔至outgoing@gm.ncue.edu.tw，檔名：(第一志願)國家_校名_學生姓名，於信尾附註：學生姓名、系所年級、手機。
  3. 完成後，填寫google表單   https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1nb7ciObbNYZHnQNh6RchiJ_i20bPc8RiGcpw687bF2U/edit
  4. 繳交紙本原稿正本1份（第1項的完整紙本資料，首頁申請表有家長、導師、系所主管簽章（接受電子簽名，若有造假，由申請人負責)，附件可雙面印製，以透明資料袋裝妥繳交（不需裝訂）。
  5. 收件單位：校級甄選送至國際處辦公室（白沙大樓4樓）林九汝專員，分機5125。系、院級甄選送系、院辦承辦人。     

五、申請學海飛颺、學海惜珠補助辦法(送件前必讀，請點入查看) ，欲申請學海飛颺或惜珠獎學金者，請同時於本次提出申請。

[Overseas Exchange] Announcement of 115th Academic Year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) Exchange Student Selection and Financial Assistance Grant Application (excluding Mainland China). Application deadline: January 14. Students of our university are welcome to apply.

I. Selection Purpose
Selection of exchange students for the 115th academic year (Fall 2026 & Spring 2027) to partner universities abroad (excluding Mainland China).
Please carefully read the attached “Selection Guidelines” and all related documents before submitting your application.

II. Exchange Period
115th Academic Year – 1st & 2nd Semesters: August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027
(Equivalent to overseas universities’ Fall/Winter 2026 and Spring/Summer 2027 semesters).

III. Application Deadline
January 14, 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:00 PM (Taiwan time).

The application requirements and quotas provided by partner universities are for reference only. Final quotas, language proficiency, GPA requirements, and other criteria will follow the most recent announcements from each partner university.

IV. Application Documents

Education-major public-funded students must first consult the Teacher Education Center (Internship Division) regarding related procedures.

  1. Application Form (Attachment 1: typed and printed, signed and stamped by parent, advisor, and department chair; e-signatures accepted).
  2. Chinese Transcript (complete academic record including GPA, total number of students, and class ranking; submit 1 original + 1 copy; original will be returned after verification).
  3. English Transcript (with GPA in original scores and class ranking; submit 1 original + 1 copy; original will be returned after verification).
  4. Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate (valid within the past 2 years; submit 1 original + 1 copy; original returned after verification. TOEIC campus test not accepted. IELTS must be Academic).
  5. English Certificate of Enrollment.
  6. Parent Consent Form (Attachment 2).
  7. Study Plan (including CV and autobiography; minimum 1,000 words each in Chinese and in a foreign language; format optional).
  8. Health Self-Declaration Form (Attachment 3).
  9. Supporting Documents (optional but recommended):
  • English Recommendation Letter from an NCUE faculty member (format optional; should be written for your first-choice host institution. May be sealed and submitted by the student or sent directly to the Office of International Affairs via internal mail).
  • Proof of enrollment in English-taught courses (include course syllabus).
  • Certificates of awards or achievements in international competitions.

※ Submission Method (Incomplete applications will not be accepted):

  1. PDF File of Application Form & Attachments
    Scan the application form (signed/stamped by parent, advisor, department chair, and college supervisor – original or electronic signature) as the first page.
    Arrange all required documents (items 1–9) in order, paginate, and compile into one PDF file.

  2. Electronic Submission
    Email the PDF file to outgoing@gm.ncue.edu.tw.
    File naming format: (First-choice) Country_University_StudentName.
    At the end of the email, include: student name, department/year, and mobile number.

  3. Google Form Submission

  4. Hard Copy Submission
    Submit one complete set of original paper documents (same as item 1).
    The application form must include the required signatures (electronic signatures accepted; falsification is the applicant’s responsibility).
    Attachments may be printed double-sided. Place documents neatly in a transparent folder (do not bind).

  5. Submission Office
    University-level selection: Submit to the Office of International Affairs (Baisha Building, 4th Floor), contact: Ms. Laura Lin, ext. 5125.
    Department/College-level selection: Submit to the respective department/college office staff in charge.

V. Application Guidelines for the "Xue Hai Fei Yang & Xue Hai Hsi Chu" Scholarships

Students who wish to apply for either the “Xue Hai Fei Yang” or “Xue Hai Hsi Chu” scholarship must submit their applications simultaneously with this exchange application.
