  • 學校簡介

明知大學 ，創建於1948年，是一所綜合性私立大學，位於首爾市內的校區設有人文社會學科單科學院，位於離首爾一個小時距離的龍仁校區設有自然科學學科及藝術體育單科學院，明知大學還設有面向外國留學生的韓國語教育機構，即韓國語學堂。長期以來，明知大學的畢業生活躍在韓國各行各業，發揮其重要作用。據2021CWUR世界大學排名，該校位列韓國第46位，世界第1445位。

首爾校區設有人文學院、社會科學學院、經營學院和法學學院。 離首爾一小時距離的龍仁校區設有自然科學學院、工科學院、藝術體育學院和建築學院。2008年被韓國政府選定為邀請外國人本科獎學金生的委託教育機構。 世界非盈利教育機構-Study Abroad Foundation(USA)還選定本校為韓國名列前20所大學之一。特別是該校建築大學經國際建築家聯盟(UIA)審查，國內第一批被批准為五年制建築專業，2007年國內第一批獲得國際建築學教育認證(KAAB)的學校。

Important Notes 

  • Universities are not required to send nominations separately.
    Students should download the Nomination Form from the International Affairs Office’s application page, have it completed and stamped by their home university’s International Office, and upload it when submitting their online application.

  • No on-campus dormitory accommodation is available at the Seoul Campus.

  • Student Visa:
    Students must apply for a student visa (D-2) in their home country before travelling to Korea.
    Please note that the visa issued is single-entry, and it can be converted to multiple-entry after students receive their Resident Card (RC) in Korea.

  • Cross-campus course registration is not permitted between the Seoul and Yongin Campuses, as the campuses are located approximately four hours round trip apart.

  • As course registration cannot be changed after the official add/drop period (around 2nd week of March)at Myongji University, please ensure students review the 2025 Spring Course Syllabi (https://sites.google.com/mju.ac.kr/exchange-guide/academics/course-list/syllabus25-spring?authuser=0) carefully and select their courses with due consideration.

  • A student activity fee of 130,000 KRW is required from all exchange students. (Further details are provided in the Application Guidelines.)
