Program Introduction | 計畫簡介
In response to the declining birthrate in Taiwan, the industry's demand for mid- to high-level talents, the Ministry of Education, in coordination with the National Development Council (NDC), has launched the "International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program)."
This Program aims to recruit international students based on industry needs, cultivate global talent, and encourage students to stay and work in Taiwan after graduation.
為因應臺灣少子化趨勢及產業對中高階人才之需求，教育部結合國家發展委員會推動「國際產業人才教育專班(INTENSE Program)」，以產業需求為導向招收國際學生，培育國際人才並鼓勵畢業後留臺就業。

Obligations | 義務
- Upon graduation, students are required to work for at least two years in the partner company that hires them in Taiwan.
- Students may not be assigned to overseas branches or work for Taiwan-invested companies abroad.

Due to the extended review process of this program, applicants are strongly advised to indicate a second or third program preference. This ensures that, if not selected by partner companies or approved by the Ministry of Education, applicants may still retain eligibility for admission to regular master’s programs, along with scholarship opportunities (including a waiver of tuition and accommodation fees for the first academic year).
因本專班審查時間較長，建議申請者填寫第二或第三志願，以確保未通過企業或教育部審查時，仍可保留一般碩士班之入學資格與獎學金機會（獎學金：第一學年學雜費及住宿費減免優惠）。
