1. 2026年秋季(115-1學期)赴大陸地區姊妹校交換計畫甄選簡章歡迎有興趣的學生提出申請，詳細內容請參閱附檔"甄選簡章"。

2.申請期限：

第一波收件日期：3月20日(五)15:00止

3.陸續依姊妹校最新通知新增，公告於官網“姊妹校申請資訊”中

4.申請資料：（需備電子檔及紙本正本各一份，請詳參附件相關辦法內容）

(1)申請表。(以電腦打字)

(2)歷年成績單中文、英文正本各1份。(至教務處申請含全班排名百分比、GPA成績，英文成績單需3-7個工作天，需提早申請。

(3)在學證明英文版 (至教務處申請)

(4)本校教師推薦函1份。(不須密封，亦不須屬名給特定姊妹校)

(5)家長保證書。

(6)自傳 (含出國研習計畫1,000字以上，若填寫超過一個志願時，內容以第一志願學校為目標，無標準格式) 。

(7)健康自述表。

(8)其他 (如具體獲獎事蹟或參與全國或國際性競賽獲獎相關證明文件影本等)。

(9)欲申請交換之姊妹校所需文件資料。

※ 報名繳件規定：（恕不收缺件）

1.將電腦打字之申請表存成1個word檔(無主管簽章)。

2.依上述(1)- (8)文件順序編頁碼，經家長、導師、系所、院主管核章或電子簽章之 正本，掃描存成1個pdf檔。

3.上述繳交資料的第9項，請務必檢附你要申請交換的姊妹校要求之文件。請依照申請學校提供的檔案格式繳交，例如 Word 檔請回傳 Word，Excel 檔請回傳 Excel，請勿自行改成 PDF，謝謝您的配合。

4.上述2個檔案（檔名設為115-1大陸_申請人姓名），email至承辦人信箱: yuchen@cc.ncue.edu.tw

5.紙本資料親自繳交或掛號郵寄至國際處出國交換輔導章祐甄行政專員。

[Study Abroad] 2026 Fall Semester (115-1) Exchange Program in Mainland China – Applications Now Open!

The selection process for the Fall 2026 (Semester 115-1) Exchange Program to our sister universities in Mainland China has officially begun. We invite all interested students to apply by the deadline on March 20.

1. Program Overview

Please refer to the attached "Selection Guidelines" for detailed information regarding eligibility, available slots, and specific university requirements.

2. Application Deadline

• First Wave Submission: By March 20, 2026 (Friday) at 15:00.

3. Partner Universities

The list of participating sister universities is updated periodically based on the latest notifications. Please visit the "Sister University Application Information" section on our official website for the most current list.

4. Required Documents

Applicants must prepare one electronic copy and one original hard copy of the following:

1. Application Form (Must be typed).
2. Official Academic Transcripts (1 original in Chinese and 1 in English).
   • Note: Must include class ranking percentage and GPA. English transcripts take 3–7 working days to process; please apply early at the Office of Academic Affairs.
3. Certificate of Enrollment (English version).
4. One Recommendation Letter from an NCUE faculty member (Does not need to be sealed or addressed to a specific university).
5. Parental Consent & Guarantee Letter.
6. Autobiography & Study Plan (Minimum of 1,000 words. If applying for multiple schools, please tailor the content toward your first choice).
7. Health Self-Statement Form.
8. Supporting Materials (e.g., proof of awards, certificates from national or international competitions, etc.).

Submission Procedures

Note: Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Electronic Submission:

1. Save the typed Application Form (without signatures) as a Word document.
2. Combine items (1) through (8) into a single PDF file. Documents must be in order, page-numbered, and include all required signatures (Parent, Advisor, Department Chair, and College Dean).
3. Filename format: 115-1 Mainland China_Applicant Name
4. Email both files to Ms. Yu-Chen Chang at: yuchen@cc.ncue.edu.tw

Hard Copy Submission:

Submit the original physical documents in person or via registered mail to:
