Greetings from the HEG Geneva!

Our nomination period will be open as of March 1st! We will be very happy to welcome your students at the HEG Geneva from September 2024 for one or two semesters.

 SCHOLARSHIP

As a reminder, please note that for the academic year 2024-2025, incoming students will be granted a financial support.

The grant is equal to CHF 200.-/month and it will be given to all incoming students during their exchange period here at HEG (no administrative procedure is required in advance).

For the fall semester: March 1^st to May 15^th

For the spring semester: September 1^st to October 15^th

 

NOMINATION PROCEDURES

Nominations must be sent by mail to stephanie.chevallay@hesge.ch AND nicole.berthier@hesge.ch and should include the following information for each nominated student:

• surname and name
• e-mail
• date of birth
• gender
• duration of the stay
• field of study

We will then contact directly your student/s with the enrolment procedures.

 

ACADEMIC CALENDAR

Fall semester starts on 16.09.2024 and ends on 25.01.2025 (exams included)

Spring semester starts on 17.02.2025 and ends on 21.06.2025 (exams included)
